STEP 1
Be sure that the container is completely clean before installation |

STEP 2
Unfold the Linerbag |
|
|
|
|
STEP 3
Insert one steel bar into the sleeve at the front bottom side |
|
|
|
|
STEP 4
Fix the steel bar in the slot of the corner posts and make sure that it is flat on the floor |

|
|
STEP 5
Click off the carbine hook at the top front corners to the fingerbar in the cornerpost. Use the loop on the liner that matches with the position of the fingerbar. |

STEP 6
Click off the carbine hook/buckle devices to the fingerbars in the U-shaped doorslot. This fingerbar needs to be at least 215cm from the floor. Alternatively the lashing eye can be used if this is situated in the first corrugation. |

STEP 7
Insert the lashing belt sewn to the bulkhead into the buckle and pull up the bulkhead |

|
|
STEP 8
Put in the steel bars. Start with the bottom bar which has to go through the loops. Pull up the bulkhead so that the bottom bar is appr. 34 cm from the floor. |

STEP 9
The remaining three bars should be placed through the loop on the left hand side of the bulkhead. On the right side these should be clicked inside the metal braces supplied. |

STEP 10
Tie off the belt just underneath the buckle to prevent sliding during transportation. The Linerbag is now ready for loading. Do not forget to undo the elastic belts after loading before closing doors. Otherwise if left, the elastic creates a passage through the container door seals that could led to moisture getting into the container during marine transportation. |
