Discharge is usually done by means of tilting the container. The discharge sleeves are connected to a rotary valve, a negative pressure unit or just hang in a bin.
Often, the left side door is kept closed during most of the unloading process. In order to discharge the last remainders, the left side door should be opened to use the center and left side discharge sleeves.
If the linerbag model comes with our patented airbag corners, the left side door would not be required to be opened and the discharge operation differs slightly.
If there is no tilting equipment available we recommend using our NEW Tiltless liner as an alternative |
